It's official--the August 24-25, Tampa Bay Comic Con will be hosted at the TAMPA CONVENTION CENTER. Having experienced the massive overcrowding at our previous venue, we agree with our attendees and believe that the Tampa Convention Center is THE SOLUTION. The exhibit hall is by itself more than twice the size of the entire Doubletree convention venue, along with two large breakout rooms for hosting panels/contests, a huge lobby, the infrastructure by which to administer quick & easy ticket sales and the hardware to easily & efficiently direct attendees. We know that this venue change will make for an enjoyable convention and solve all of the past problems. In addition, exhibitors will be able to enjoy spacious 10' x 10' pipe & draped booths.
