Old Red Label = New yellow SS ???

I was thinking about buying a old red label book that is signed. Was this the old signature series label? I just want to know if I buy and reholder it would it be a yellow label or green qualified.

Are you sure the book is signed and not the case?

 

and if the book is signed it does not state "name" or "stan lee writen on cover"?

Is it signed on the cover or on the inside?

A red label simply indicated it was a modern book at the time of slabbing. Red labels are not the old Signatue Series labels. I can't imagine it would come back in a Yellow Label if you resubmit it.

I found out the book was signed on the case not the comic so nevermind

So why was there ever a red label?

 

Any other previous colors beside purple, blue, yellow, green?

red was for modern, but they decided to drop that and just make all normal books blue.
