Detective Comics #58 1.0, *1st appearance of the Penguin* Detached cover, and pieces missing on both covers. Complete copy, and interior is actually quite nice.

Batman #5 2.5 amateur restoration, which, includes tear seals, color touch. Nice presenting copy, wouldn't mind staying with this one.

Uncanny X-men #1 1.5/1.8 range probably closer to 1.5 *Bottom spine on the back cover shows a white gap. The whiteness coming from the tear is an acid free paper on inside cover of the comic. Tear only goes through back cover.*
