Another DC Movie in the works

I`m not sure if this has been discussed already but couldn`t find anything about it on here so i figured i start one then. It seems that del Toro has a movie in the works titled Justice League Dark with the the Spectre, Phantom Stranger, Swamp Thing, and Etrigan as just some of the characters in it, including Floronic man as a vilian. Im not sure if this is all true or not but i sure hope it is.
