PayPal shipping help

I need to ship something off to someone that wasn't a buyer, so I don't have a direct link to make a shipping label through PayPal. Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to get to PP's shipping label maker? I can see on their site where they talk about it, but nothing leads me directly to it.

Yeah, but there's really no point in using USPS.com over the Paypal link above - it's the same price and the Paypal shipping tool allows you to print out postage for first class packages and media mail (which USPS.com does not).
