Not much wrong with this one.

Very tiny UR Corner crease,some new slight new comic rub on the bc near the top and bottom staple, slight scratch? on Invincible's chest and near LL corner, and slight blunt on LL corner.

Fantastic Four 52 VG- has slight water damage, and is a bit bumpy and rough, still presents nicely, LL corner has crease and small tear, cover attached, spine roll due to water damage, wear seems to be near upper staple throughout mostly. You can see the bumpiness on the moon near Black Panther. It actually resembles color touch on the UR staple, but just water damage, as the upper staple is slightly rustednd the bottom is ok.

A reader, has water damage, rusting on both staples, pages have staple stains, Signed by Dave Cockrum, interesting, the sig has gone through the pages. Somehow, cover is still attached and pages are secure. Presents nicely in a mylar. Good filler till you get a higher grade.
