My (Canadian) Blue Bolt 106

This is a copy of a book I've had in my collection for years, and really only realized recently that it's a Canadian edition printed by Superior.

 

I really don't remember hearing much about the Canadian Blue Bolts. Anyone have any more info on the history, availability and demand for these books? BTW...this is my only Cole cover in my collection...
