If it's in a slab, it's usually denoted as one of the variants (assuming they caught it, I suppose). Finally got a chance to peek behind the cover, and here is what I found .... I'm usually the weird/horror/sci-fi horror kind of guy, but this one cover was different - no monsters or supernatural characters, but it kind of hits hard - especially historically and with what was going on back around that time. Well, that and I don't see it for sale too often. I won a CGC 5.5. One of only about 20 on the CGC census. I was content. About 2-3 weeks later, I see another copy, a 6.5 up for auction, but this one was from the Roger Hill collection. Normally I wouldn't bid on a one point upgrade, but I decided to do it in this case simply because of the Roger Hill history. I'm not much of a hunter of pedigrees/collections, but there are a few I wouldn't mind having a comic from just to say I do. Roger Hill, Cosmic Aeroplane, Okajima, etc. would be examples. I didn't really think I'd get the 6.5, but whaddya know... I got it. So now I own 2 of them. lol.
