Wrightson fan
Thanks a ton everybody. I am very pleased with it and feel that it was graded spot-on. Maybe I will find a Thing! 12 as nice someday. Til then, this one will do. Scott
ajaxfarrell
Here is the first romance comic (besides being published by Ajax-Farrell) that I have gone out of my way to purchase. What a classic Bill Ward cover.

adamstrange
From the CLink auction Angelo Very nice. (thumbs u That's one of 3 comics that I can think of that have a "drowning" horror theme (World's of Fear 9 and Mr Mystery 13) but I'll bet there are a few more. The original art for that does exist and I even had a chance to purchase it at a San Diego Con. Whatever the price was, it seemed high at the time but probably much cheaper than it would be to buy it now (not that it's for sale).

TheWatcher
Nothing else, Dennis, just this one book. I decide to be happy with this one purchase. I was thinking of going after one or two more books, but opted not to.
Jayman
Fresh in from the VCC. What a wonderful issue that I was not actively pursuing since this book always seem to be available. Decided to get a copy and boy this issue does NOT disappoint! Packed with blood and gore the artists had a field day with facial and neck wounds in this issue. Enjoy some of the better panels:
TheWatcher
I always heard about the famous "injury to the eye" panel in the book. It's good to finally see it. You're right, they went all out in that issue. Looks like good reading
shiverbones
Wow! That IS a messed up issue! I always avoided it too because it is so common, but what a treasure! Well...you know... a messed up treasure Edited October 18, 2007 by shiverbones
*paull*
Wow. That's some violent stuff! I always avoided that issue because it's super common. Thanks for posting.
Norrin_Radd
Thing #16 is so common it should be issued to collectors when they join the ranks of Pre-Code Horror collectors. Good to know that it also has some cool stories.
