This is the first app and origin of the Metal Men.

Any idea what the "65 & 4.0" stands for after the VFN+ grade on the label?

 

That was their grading system. The 65 is their grade and the 4.0 is the page quality. Each book came with a paper with a detailed description of flaws etc. Pretty cool
