This Silver Surfer #4 V1 is complete, no cut-outs, has tan pages, and has a triangle, measuring @ 7/8x7/8x1 in., torn out along the back cover.

That said, with the chunk out of the BC, I'd say 3.5...

Leaning to 3.0 like people said, unfortunate. However it would present really well in a Mylar and fullback.
