PGM Silver Surfer #4 V1

This is my second Silver Surfer #4 V1. What do you think?

 

It has good gloss and off-white to cream pages.

 

Issues:

 

1. the binding is SPLIT AT TOP (@1/2in) AND BOTTOM (@2in);

2. bottom left corner of back cover torn off (@2 3/4x 1 3/4x 3);

3. tear @ 1/2 of bottom middle back cover;

4. a small tear, where tape got caught I think, along the middle of the back cover:

5. tape along spine;

 

Be gentle...I paid too much for this and then discovered the tape and item 2 ( they said it was a 'small' tear...)

Yes, it was Ebay.

 

It had a picture of the front page only.

 

I was told that "BIND SPLIT AT TOP AND BOTTOM AND SMALL PIECE OF BACK COVER TORN"

 

He did not mention the tape which runs along the entire seam.

 

It has been too long to seek a refund.

 

I bought it from a person using "marvelguy60" as his/her handle.

No grade was assigned. He made the following statement:

 

"BIND SPLIT AT TOP AND BOTTOM AND SMALL PIECE OF BACK COVER TORN"

 

I paid $51 for it.
