PQ is pretty nice, staples are firm, overall the book is solid.

That smudge/smear on the B.C. in the green box knocks it down for me.

 

That looks like Sue Storm on the bottom front cover with a new hair color and dew.

5.0, due to general dirtiness (which may be exaggerated in a scan)...I could see 5.5 though...

This is by no means a Fine 6.0, but I’ll have to check if that’s a tear or not.

Also the dirt/smudge can be considered as bad as staining?

Anyway, I think the closer is marvelcollector so far…

The tear would be my question as well by the 107.

 

As is I would say it goes at least 6.5
