If you want to get into the OA game, then you need to get familiar with the Heritage site for both upcoming auctions and the archives they maintain of their previous sales. You can search the archives and find the results of all of the previous Heritage auctions.

 

That way you can form an educated opinion of what some similar item might go for.

You can shoot an email to Scott Eder and let him know what would do it for you.

 

No guarantees, but he has a ton of original work by a lot of artists that is not up on his site, and likely never will be. He sells a fair amount of Bode's work. The more specific you can be about what you are looking for, the more likely he is to be able to help you out.

 

Also be aware that he usually takes a week or two off, following SDCC, so he may not respond immediately. It might take him a bit to get back with you.
