So I got home from work and decided to list up my personal copies of Avengers 55 and 54, and then found another 55....whodathunkit... I sold a 55 and two 54's earlier today without images, so I'm calling those copy A of 55 and A/B of 54 for posterity.

55 copy B is actually the nicest structurally but has the dust shadow and grease pencil arrival date. Also halo effect on pages and inside cover along with some light staining. Probably a nice Fine or maybe a bit better

 

55 copy C is my collection copy and has the nicer pages of the two, but there is a small tear at the bottom near the spine and some indention type scuffing along the bottom edge. Tough one to grade but I still think it's a fine or possibly a bit nicer, just different defects.

 

54 copy C has a real nice front black cover image but has foxing and the back is seriously foxed up. Again, probably in the same average fine range

 

all three are generally in that range...
