Just picked this up at my LCS for $14 and since I was scanning stuff anyway I figured I might as well scan this too.

 

Claudio is going to have a fit when he sees the bottom right front cover. Don't worry, Claudio! I didn't do it! It came like that! I have since fixed it inside the mylar!

 

Back cover has a pretty long non-color breaking bend in the middle that doe snot show up on the scan. It could be pressed out I'm pretty sure.
