There apparently is a "Paradox Comics-N-Cards" -- the shop that's mentioned in the listing -- located in Fargo, ND.

 

There's a phone number for the store on their on-line website -- someone interested in the book could probably call it to at least verify if the seller's story about bringing it in to them holds any water. Not that I'd feel comfortable bidding on it even if it did, however. I can't see ever buying a big key like this on eBay, but if for someone reason I did, I'd never feel safe doing a transaction this size with someone who had no selling history whatsoever.
