Are there any minor rips along the spine near the staples (I can't tell from the pics)?

 

If not, I could go as high as 3.5, else 3.0...

 

I love this cover - I've been looking for a 5.0 or better copy (casually...)

Just checked the book. No minor rips near the staples. It's also a very tight book and has OW/W pages.

Yes, it's the only Archie I own. I see that that the book has finally broken out in the latest edition of the OSPG. It's also an extremely undervalued book but I'm sure OSPG will catch up over the next few years. Thanks all for grading the book.

Looks like a 3.5 to me. The outer edge is quite nice and keeps me from grading any lower. My favorite Archie cover.
