85 posts in this topic

I need some advice. I just purchased two long boxes of Valiants, over 300 NM issues..... It looks like most of the books they put out in the first few years.. What should I be looking for?? I eventually want to sell them all, what books are the hard ones to find??

There is a wealth of information at The Best Damn Valiant Resource on the Internet.

Off the top of my head?

Solar Man of the Atom 1 - 1st Solar

Solar Man of the Atom 10 - 1st Eternal Warrior

Solar Man of the Atom 11 - 2nd Eternal Warrior

Harbinger 1 - 1st Harbinger

Magnus 1 - 1st Magnus

Magnus 5 - 1st Rai

Magnus 12 - 1st Turok

Magnus 64 - Last Issue (Tougher book lower print run)

Eternal Warrior 1 - Gold Issues two versions

Eternal Warrior 4 - 1st Bloodshot - awesome cover

Eternal Warrior 5 - 2nd Bloodshot

Eternal Warrior 8 - 1st Timewalker

Eternal Warrior 50 - Last Issue (Tougher book lower print run)

Archer and Armstrong 0 - 1st Archer and Armstrong

Archer and Armstrong 0 Gold - 1st Archer and Armstrong

X-O Manowar 1 - 1st Aric - X-O Manowar

X-O Manowar 4 - 1st Jack Boniface (later becomes Shadowman)

Shadowman 1 - 1st Jack Boniface as Shadowman

Shadowman 8 - 1st Master Darque (Think Dr Doom of Valiant but cooler)

Rai 0 - Just all around important

Bloodshot 6 - 1st Ninjak

Harbinger 0 - mailaway

Magnus 0 - mailaway

Then there was a pink variant on the Harbinger... what am I forgetting?

Speedy? Bosco? You guys know this stuff even more than I do.

Honorable Mention

X-O Manowar 14 and 15 - Just because they were awesome - Aric teams up with Turok to go hunt bionic dinosaurs... a time displaced visogoth and a time displaced Native American hunting bionic dinosaurs through the city- What is not to like?
