Bagging Larger Books

Hi Everyone,

 

I am looking for some advice on where I might find and purchase bags for my hardback volumes. The largest books I own are the 8 volume set of IDW's Transformers collection. Which according to Amazon has the dimensions of 1 x 7.2 x 11.7 inches.

 

I have seen other collections in the "Got a comic room??? Showcase it here!" thread that have hardback collections bagged.

 

Anyone have any advice or can point me in the right direction?

I contacted HotFlips who said they do not carry sizes i need.

Magazine size should cover you. 8 7/78"x 11" x 1" with 1.5" tab.

Or buy Treasury bags and tape the excess over. That's how I do it.

Too tall for magazine or role playing. It has to be treasury.

If you get something truly gargantuan there are bags and boards out there that fit Life Magazines.

CGC sized mylars are good for a lot of oversized books.....

You might see if a CGC Mylar 914M2 will fit it, but it might not considering the thickness of the book.

 

No one is going to stock the larger sizes.
