I not only changed the description but also replaced both images with better ones.

This is no 8.5. Unless I had it in hand to see any HTF defects from a pic like finger dents and such, I would say this book is at least a 9.4-maybe even better.

The first picture that I had posted had a glare from a lamp so even though the picture was unclear the most noticeable flaw of the book stood out.

 

Just above the word Victor to the left of his red foot, there is a small indentation. The indentation itself does not break color. To the left of the indentation there is a tiny barely noticeable break in color.

 

Unless you guys see something else I missed, my question is whether this book can get a 9.4 or better from CGC if I send it to Joey first.

I definitely saw that indention next to the foot on my first grade. The book is very square and sharp, and the white is bright. Still seems like a solid 9.4 to me. A press could get you up to a nice spot. There are a couple of color flecks on FC as well it seems.

I don't remember what the original images looked like, and while it's still hard to be sure with these new images (small with low resolution) it does appear that 9.4 is possible
