Im sorry to inform you that unfortuneately i cannot release the comic to you. I listed the comic with no reserve only because it is recommended by ebay, to get more bids. I would actually lose 30-40 on the comic, combined with shipping and what i paid for it. Before you get upset and just right up a negative for my feedback. We could reach a comprimise if you offer me a fair price. Let me know

 

That what a friend of mine got from a guy on ebay after he won the comic... Talk about some BS... And to top it off the shipping was out of hand.. but that is beside the fact.. the fact that he won the comic and then the guy backed out... Debate away...

Yep, winning an auction is an eBay contract and it is against their rules for either buyer or seller to pull out.

NARU stands for Not A Registered User. It's basically eBay kicking them out for breaking the contract.

Report the [!@#%^&^] to eBay as a "non-selling seller". Be sure to include a copy of the email he sent you with headers included. What he did was assinine and while I'm not sure, might constitute fraud. VIVA la NARU!
