I'm leaning towards the former due to the stain and corner chip.

My scanner must take brutal scans, because this one finally came back as a 6.5! Quite honestly, the top stain doesn't look anywhere near as dark on the actual book, so I think I need to play around with my scanner settings.

5.0/5.5 stain and chip. is there a real heavy fan on the book? cream pages or darker?

This book in general is graded a little looser than average usually just because it is such a tough book. I would of guessed 6.0 on it. What PQ is it?
