Hmm...gives me some Mind MGMT vibes.......I have never read the original Dell comics. Did they stay close to the source material?

It looked cool so I picked up a copy. The Mind MGMT comparison is a good endorsement.

Read it in the LCS. Put back down. Didn't like the art and it didn't read well for me. Doesn't mean its not good, just that it didn't catch or keep my attention when I tried to read it.

Read it, didn't like the art AT ALL. Story was ok, but Mind MGMT owns this theme right now in my book, made this seem like a weak imitation.

I did not want to go that far...but Mind MGMT is the superior book IMO as well. Hands down. But I do like Van Lente's work too...I'm in for the mini.
