To me this book looks almost perfect except for some spots on the back cover and insider the back cover. In addition to front and back cover scans I have also included a close up of the area on the back cover with the problem and the area on the inside of the back cover with the problem.

 

The spots do not go through the cover (spot on back can not be seen inside, spot on inside can not be seen on back. Front cover does not have any of these spots that I can see on inside our outside.

It looks like a printing defect on the front cover. The color ad on the inside of the cover does not show any sign of a crease on the inside.

BTW, CGC may grade higher. But in my world for BA or newer, there is no foxing in 9.0's or +.
