I've been getting some fantastic offers, and I feel like we're close!

 

I know people keep pointing to GPA, but I'm big on buying the book, not the grade, and this book is not your typical 1.0 at all.

 

Also, the GPA for this does not represent to me the actual market. Only two have been reflected as sold in the past two years, and one of them actually hit $1000, which is why I went there at first.

 

It'll probably sell today. I'm trying to finalize something here now.
