Hello!

 

Welcome to the "Comics Market - Forum Only Selling" board!

 

The moderators have asked everyone around here to help educate new comers about the posting rules for this forum so that we can keep things running smoothly. So whenever we see a new thread go up that's missing some of the information required by the rules, someone will generally happen along and post this reminder (by moderator request).

They are well worth reading, because your posts can be removed from the boards if they don't conform to the guidelines. This will help you to attract more buyers as well, since this is how people expect to have books offered around here.

I didn't see anything in the rules about cockblocking a deal, though.

 

I guess I should be grateful, since without rules, we'd have anarchy.

I'm sorry - didn't realize me pointing out the forum rules to the OP (via the template that's set up specifically for this purpose) would cause him to throw a hissyfit and block you from picking up what I'm sure is a very nice VG copy of Harley Quinn 3D :foryou:

Sure, I didn't get the book, but at least you have the satisfaction of putting someone else in their place, all in the name of keeping order! So at least someone came out of this a winner. :foryou:

simmer down rerun the OP clearly didn't have grades put up which are the rules, how is stating the basic forum rules for selling considered a c%ckblock, are you kidding..take it to PM with the OP.

 

And why would you want to deal with someone who pulls the thread due to not wanting to just list basic grades, that is bad business in itself in this trade

The mods created the template that I used specifically so we'd have a nice way of telling people when they were breaking the forum rules - and thereby give them a chance to correct their mistakes before the thread got yanked. That the seller decided to act like a whiny little *spoon* instead of spending the 30 seconds it would have taken for him to comply with the rules that the rest of us abide by is nobody's fault but his own.

 

If you're so desperate to pick up comics with no mention of grades or condition, might I suggest heading on over to Craigslist?

"Simmer down"? Did I get upset? Did I flame anyone? I know the rules... and I even stated that the rules are important. I'm the one that didn't get the comic... yet I'm being attacked? This went from a cockblock to a circlejerk in a matter of a single day!

 

The rules were enforced, and someone got to feel good about himself for pointing out those rules. As I said, there's at least one winner here. And I say that with a smile on my face and skip to my step. No simmering down needed on MY end. :)

lol I just wanted the comic. If I wanted a 9.8, then I would have sought out a CGC graded 9.8 of the issue. I appreciate you guys protecting me, though.
