I cannot begin to describe how gorgeous this book is. Looks near mint. I'm sure it was traded as such 30 years ago.

 

There's an 8.5 on Metro that doesn't look nearly as nice. It has staple tears, dust shadows and a mis-cut. Their price is $3500.
