I know this will probably be a lower grade book, but found it the other day and was wanting to get an idea of what you guys feel it would be graded at or if I should just leave it as a raw book.

BTW, is that an impact or rip right below the "N" in X-Men on the front cover?

 

If it's a rip, might be lower.

no rip looks like a printing issue because there is another spot as well but very faint on the cover. So since you guys so far are saying 7.0 do u think this is one that would be good to invest in grading since there are only 500 copes of this that were ever printed in this pressman variant? Just trying to decide on that paid very very very very very below what they are selling for online. so even if CGC 7 would only be $100.00 I would still make a profit, but not sure of demand on this book or if it would make it worth CGC
