Fair Value For All Star #3?

I'm curious what people on the boards consider to be "fair value" for the Lost Valley Pedigree CGC 6.5 copy of All Star Comics #3 that is currenly on Ebay.

 

The last time I saw this comic in this grade was a Heritage auction in July 2003 where it sold for $10,350 .

 

Of course, that comic wasn't the Lost Valley Pedigree and prices have risen in the past year.

 

Also, any thoughts on the significance of this issue as compared with other Golden Age keys?
