2. Shipping is included in the price.

3. I accept PayPal, USPS money order, or cash for locals (Center City West, Philadelphia).

4. I hope that's all, but I reserve the right to add more rules if i need to.

 

I need to recover in time for the next comic con, so I have to get rid of some issues sooner than I wanted to.

It is a pretty low grade. The staples are a little rough looking. I would think it is at least in good condition though. I can send bigger pictures if requested.
