In order to finance a recent purchase, I'll be selling off this truly hard-to-find book. Note that both the submitter and CGC missed the fact that it's a variant. If you're new to variant collecting, you can be sure it is, in fact, one. I'll try to list a better image in the next day or so. PM me if interested.
