How much is a Bone #1 CGC 9.6 really worth?

I was approached by a gentleman in England wanting only $10 for this, but I was curious if it's worth more?

 

Seriously though, does anyone have an idea what it's worth?

You should buy it for $10, sell it for $6,000... and buy that Action #1.

First off, I agree that this is pretty crazy money for a Bone #1. But, some people consider this similar to Albedo #2. The print run for the first printing (with the Red logo) was only 3,000, and while conditions should exist to keep them in good shape, Bone #1 first prints are very hard to find. I'd pay $200-$250 for a 9.6, which I think is crazy in its own right.
