Hey everybody, I wanted to see if anybody knows anything about this variant.

 

My gf won it last night at the movies when we saw Thor (which by the way was awesome!! )

 

I've been looking on Google and eBay and no luck so far.

 

Anybody have any 411 on this?

that's funny because my wife won my copy! I'd be interested to hear if anyone has info on this as well. I have searched high and low on Google and can't find anything on it. I'm thinking this would be cool to save for a Stan Lee signing.

Interesting. I can't find anything on the comic, but the image on the cover dates back to April, 2011 from a press release about the Avengers movie which had just started shooting.
