Looks VG/VG+ to me.

That top right corner is a mess.

I'd say in the VG to VG+ range. Not sure how CGC'ed feel about the writing on the back. To me, that drops it another .5, which is why I'm leaning toward VG.

Rounded corners, multiple spine ticks and color breaks, distributors overspray, ink marks on back. All these added up lead to a solid VG. Nice QP though.

Are those ripples from water/moisture on the back lower left side?
