Are any of those mid-90s Ashcans worth squat?

I remember they were all the rage for a while but have any of them held any value? Specifically wondering about Normalman & Megaton Man Special as I found one signed by Valentino for $2 and there are none for sale anywhere on the web. Is that because it's rare or worthless?
