Thanks Jonathan. A huge part of me doesn't want to sell, but if I don't at least try to make a move on this other page now I know I'll regret it. I really wish I could have both, but I guess if no one does jump on this I'll at least know I tried. Plus then I get to keep it, which wouldn't be the worst thing in the world! :grin:
