How much does CGC downgrade for foxing on back of copper book?

Was going to load the images of nice X-Men 141 and 142 but my old imageshack account wants me to upgrade to IE11.

 

Anyway, books look great but some discoloration on the white back along the spine that looks like foxing. I know in GA they don't downgrade much (or so it seems) but on a copper or modern book I assume it gets hammered- correct?

 

If I can't get at least 9.4 it's not worth submitting.
