This.

It's a great book and very difficult to find in high grade but what has been slabbed is still just a subset of what exists. It may be a bit premature to be confident of it grading out at 8.0 and that no other better raw copy exists.

 

Good point. Why do you think only a small subset have been slabbed?

Some luddites like their books raw or are too lazy and cheap to mail the books to CGC for slabbing. Hard to believe but what can you do (shrug)
