My run was complete except for this one since 2013. I didn’t think I would ever find a high grade copy!

This is the only issue I’ve upgraded over the years. I started with a 7.0, upgraded to a 7.5 and then picked up this 8.5.

It’s hard to pick a favorite but this might be it! I got this on eBay from Jerry Weist in 2008. After the auction was over he sent me a message saying his co-signer bought it as the Church copy from James Payette but CGC didn’t agree.

Another Crippen copy. Not a Cole cover but I had to have it to complete the run.

I think this was the first book I ever got from clink. It’s another one of my favorites.

Got this one from eBay in 2007. I had half the run completed in less than 2 years. It took another 10 years to find the rest.

Crippen copy. This was the book that got me started. It was also my first CGC book.

My goal was to have 7.5 or better copies. This is the only one I need to upgrade.

Maybe a certain boardie will sell me his 8.0

I found this one in a strange place back in 2008. I was browsing the Pedigree Comics website and was very surprised to find this one and several other Cole books for sale.

Killer run you've put together, I like this one in particular as it's nicely centered (not easy to find wel-centered copies of many of these Blue Bolts). Tough books to find in high grade, which is like 6.0-7.0 for most of them!

Congrats on the run!!!  Totally stellar copies.  This is the one that's going to haunt me in completing the run.
