Hey guys kinda new to the message boards, but I have something that I wanted to get some input on. I had a recent transaction that is kinda rubbing me the wrong way. Ok, whats your opinion on this? I recently made a transaction with a seller on ebay we did a trade cash deal on an ASM 3 I traded an ASM 129 at a 7.5 and another book. Here is my issue I recently seen that the seller cracked the CGC 7.5 129 and listed it as 8.5. I know this because there is writing on the back cover on the top right corner. Maybe I should let it go what do you think?

You might want to raise awareness that a book being advertised as a 8.5 was cracked out of a 7.5 case. However, after that you have no responsibility if someone gets hosed on a future deal involving a book you ethically moved on to someone else.

What they do with it after your transaction falls to them not you.
