Fantastic Four #52

I went to House of Secrets and there were a bunch of goodies. I was about to buy Wolverine #1 miller in VF shape when I suddenly decided to ask the guy if he had Fantastic Four #52.

 

Turns out he had the book and it was unprocessed. I figured he would ask a *spoon* ton of money for it, but he started looking in the guide and I knew I would be in luck. He throws out "$35 for the book" and it's in at least VG shape. I offer $30 and he goes for it.

 

Really nice guy and great atmosphere for the shop. Highly recommend it!

Yup, will also say 5.0. So is this the House of Secrets in Burbank, CA? If so, that is one of my favorite LCS to shop at.
