Detached Cover - Still Have it Graded?

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to hear people's thoughts on the pros and cons of having a book with a detached cover graded. I have a nice copy of Iron Man #1 that would probably be between a 4 and 6, but for the fact that it has a fully detached cover. Do you get comics like that graded? Why or why not?

I wouldn't do it unless it has sentimental value to you. Cost of grading wouldn't be worth it for what you are describing.
