Looking to grade these with precision, as I am intentioned to put together a low grade lot for sale.

This was my former copy, low grade. All OK, staples firm but bad water staining on the back cover.

2.5 due to water damage on BC...but very well presenting from the front.

I'm going with 2.5 as well...CGC hates water stains and this one has quite a few spots.
