This book is impeccable with the exception of the top staple. This would easily have graded at 9.8 if not for that staple tear. My honest opinion is that you should still see a 9.6 since that is the only visible flaw and it is not an overbearing tear. It's hard to tell what CGC will give you! And yes Green Label for unverified signatures :sick:

I was really excited to have this, its in a my lite folder and I only took it out this time to do a scan on it. I figured it would be high, but this is great!
