Copy is complete, tight, lays flat, and has off white pages.

 

2" spine slip at the top of the spine. There's a quarter inch binding piece missing from bottom of spine but cover and pages are nice and tight to the binding in this area. Tape removed from both those two areas has left a stain (front cover top and bottom left corners and back cover top and bottom right corners. Back cover dirty presents nicer than the front but it is dirty.

Maybe I've gotta stop trying to be more lenient like CGC seems to be lately???

Besides the wear, the tape staining is really ugly on this one – I don’t think CGC would give more than a 2.0 as well. To me, it’s a 1.5-1.8 – Fair to Good.

Yes I agree. I took another look at it on my computer (instead of my Playbook) and the larger screen shots are not impressive. I will say however that the overall front and back cover do appear to be complete without any missing pieces.

Given that I might bump the grade up to at least a 2.0!

This looks like a classic Good 2.0 to me.
