HAPPY NEAR YEAR! BEEN buying but not posting. Here is my first for the year.....Forum first.

NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR 1940 issue.

No color touch...Minor tear at top of spine. First page has tear with piece of archival tape over it both sides. Also very tiny piece out at margin. Probably re-glued or archival glue added since pages slightly longer than cover, although cover is definitely not trimmed.

Pages appear to be Off white..and very nice, supple.

I'd can't see this book as less a 4.0.

So Price a below Guide
