Not too bad, for what it is. I will go 4.0

I'd say 3.5- 4.0 spine pretty beat up

First, your scan doesn't need to be that big.

 

Second, the spine creases are a little too prevalent to grade higher than a VG 4.0.

 

Third, that reader's crease and the long crease to the LRFC don't help.

 

Looks solid enough for a VG 4.0

yup - about a 4.0.................the long readers crease and accompanying spine creases are just too much to go any higher...............
