Can't tell what the issue is with the top middle bc, but with press and clean I would say a solid 5.5 - 6.0

I think the technical term is shmutz on the back cover I think it would clean off

I was thinking it was higher but I kept looking through my scans at 6.0s and didn't find any with a bottom right corner with as many creases as this one. Great book though! Bet you sell it in a heart beat if that's the plan.
