Very nice book. Flat, tight, solid,... BUT, above the cover price it looks like there was some writing that somebody tried to erase. Or maybe it's faded,... not sure.

Yes. Looks like it was done with a highlighter or just faded over time. I did not even see it till it showed up in the scan. Not sure if it is a date mark or not.
